PolicY & PAYMENT

Deposit: To reserve your spot on a retreat, a non-refundable deposit of $200 is required upon all bookings for retreats within Australia and a $1000 deposit for all international retreats and is fully refunded immediately if the retreat is full.

The deposit is non-refundable unless due to extreme circumstances.

FULL PAYMENT (WITHIN 45 DAYS OF RETREAT)

When you reserve, you may either pay in full or pay the deposit. Upon receipt of your payment you will be sent a confirmation email of your deposit. Full payment is due 45 days prior to the start date of the yoga retreat.

Prices are based per person, and do not include flights or travel.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that there will be no refunds, credits or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in a retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply, with no exceptions. I wish I could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc), but have costs already incurred when reserving retreat centres and hotels. The cancellation policy has been designed to be as compassionate as possible in the case that your plans change. But to protect yourself further, I strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.

IF YOU CANCEL THE YOGA RETREAT

a) 60 days or more prior to the start of the yoga retreat, you will be refunded the full retreat amount (minus your $200 or $1000 deposit).

b) 31-60 days prior to the start of the yoga retreat, you will be refunded 50% of the full retreat amount credit of the cost of the full retreat (minus your $200 or $1000 deposit).

c) 0-30 days prior to the start of the yoga retreat, you will forfeit your entire payment.

IF I CANCEL THE YOGA RETREAT

I have never had to cancel a retreat, however, if I do cancel a retreat or change a scheduled date for any reason whatsoever, you are entitled to transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat (either scheduled or at some future time). Alternatively you may request a refund of your applicable payment, which will be accommodated insofar as is possible, taking into consideration any non-retrievable costs to which have been committed in anticipation of your retreat. I cannot however compensate you for airfare, loss of work, and/or other travel costs incurred associated with preparing for your trip. In the unlikely event that I must cancel a yoga retreat due to weather, natural disaster or political upheaval, a refund cannot be guaranteed - it will be depending on receiving a refund from the venue/tour operator. To cover these risks, I highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

The best way to protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstance is to purchase travel insurance. Travel Insurance can protect you in case:

• you cancel your participation in the yoga retreat

• retreat is cancelled due to weather, natural disaster, or not enough participants to run the trip

• lost baggage

• medical expenses and the cost of repatriation should you become ill or injured

GENERAL WAIVER

You acknowledge that during a retreat you participate voluntarily in any and all activities arranged by the retreat organisers, and insofar as legally permissible, surrender the right to any cause of action against Ti Lee arising from any loss or damage to person or property that occurs during a retreat.

USE OF WRITTEN AND PHOTOGRAPHIC MATERIAL

Any written material provided to Ti Lee in the form of feedback forms may be used for marketing purposes. Any photographs taken of attendees on yoga retreats may be used for marketing purposes.
